Lastly, it appears they recently switched the 30# band to green from blue and the cheat-sheet that came with the kit was not updated to show this. The other end slides on with no drama and has a small amount of play. It takes me about 5 minutes of wiggling to get it to fit, but it does eventually get in and once it's on there is zero play. I think the tolerances are just a bit too low. The sliding fit on one end of the Travel Bow is very tight and makes it difficult for me to get it put together. I sent a picture of the issue and a new bag was at my doorstep 5 days later. The support when I reported the issue was wonderful. The internal zipper on the travel case (which is able to easily fit everything from the total bundle) had broken during the first time I packed everything up. I have only had 3 issues with the product so far: It appears this will significantly increase the life of the bands, though I am confident that the company would replace them if they failed within 2 years. I use the long and short sleeves that came with the kit for any workout where the band would have rubbed on a surface. The shorter bench bands are necessary for any workout with a smaller range of motion (bench press / deadlift), while having the lighter-weight bands help to increment my way up to harder loads. The heavier bands from the Total kit turned out to be a necessity and as I continue to work my way up, I may be ordering more, though I have not yet maxed out the bar in any workout yet. But what makes it special is that I take it everywhere - I workout in the garage, but during the workday at home (I work remotely) I bring it with me in the office, and do about 2 to 4 burnouts a day whenever I can. How do I use it? I do just about all the workouts you have probably already seen or will see as you continue looking at reviews before making your purchase. ![]() I bought the travel version of the Gorilla Bow in anticipation I will take it with me most times I travel (whenever I travel again).
